Key Result Areas:Strategic Management/ Operations  Managing & overseeing the administrative & daily operations of the department, ensuring compliance with the policies and regulations. Supervising personnel including work allocation, training, and problem resolution..  Interacting and collaborating with students, parents, and the community to build a college environment that maximizes student learning, academic performance, and social growth. Participating in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning. Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Teaching & Tutoring Teaching as per academic curriculum to students, recognizing, respecting & nurturing the creative potential of each student. Preparing exercises, questionnaires and assignments for students at various levels. Responding to the queries in a spontaneous manner. Setting & marking assignments and tests. Assessing students' work for internally assessed components of qualifications  Observing students' work, behaviour and attendance. Preparing & maintaining records and write reports on students. Keeping up to date with curriculum changes and assessment methods. General Administration Managing college budgets, advising the Board of Trustees and ensure its guidelines are met. Providing leadership to teaching & administrative staff; supervising guidance / discipline of students. Reporting to parents on students' progress. Fostering relationships between the college and the community

Execution of testing projects at various sites involving testing and fault identification of Generators from 5 MW to 200MW, and Motors etc. Job functions included various activities like project execution, marketing, handling all the logistics involved in the department, test equipment procurement, order handling, revenues and payment collections. Also involved in commercial functions of department like offer making and techno-commercial discussions with clients. Was responsible for total activities of the company involving activities from generating business to successful completion of projects.
