Program Advisory Director - Australia
CurrentSiva is currently working as a Program Advisory Director at AECOM Australia, responsible for leading the growth of AECOM’s program advisory services to deliver large scale capital programs for various industry clients across Australia, leveraging and expanding AECOM’s wide range of local and global advisory knowledge and experience. In this role Siva works with broader organisational business lines to develop the core portfolio and program delivery and technical capabilities for designing and executing large-scale infrastructure programs within Australia. Siva’s extensive experience with the development and delivery of multi-billion dollars capital programs within Water and Wastewater investment portfolios helps to expand the core capabilities into other industry capital programs such as energy, transport, and aviation. Siva holds Master of Project Management degree from University of South Australia. Siva is a Certified Program Management Practitioner and a member of Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) and Golden Key International Honour Society.Siva has an extensive experience in all aspects of Portfolio, program and project management of infrastructure projects and strong focus in managing the key functions of program delivery, including the design and development of multi-year capital program delivery strategies, procurement & supply chain engagement strategies, transaction management, and execution of end-to-end large scale capital programs.
