Responsible for implementing productivity and cost down solutions for products that have recently gone into mass production. Indentification and implementation of cost down opportunities within the manufacturing environment using proven lean manufacturing, problem solving and productivity techiques. Development of ideas through supplier based activity and external benchmarking. Communication of Change - Ensure all appropriate parties are engaged within the proposal and acceptance phase. Develop and drive KPI metrics that demonstrate the value of activity.

Lean Managementn/Supply Chain Management1. Implement lean management and supply chain activities such as pull system via Kanban, Vendor Management Inventory, Ship to Stock, Supermarket Concept & Milk-Run, towards inventory reduction & increase inventory turn for key suppliers2. Negotiation with supplier on cost reduction via cost saving project implementation3. Drive continuous improvement in key operational metrics and to achievement of the organizational goals4. Improvement on operation process/activities via lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping analysis & lean element toward material cost & lead time reduction to reduce business risk5. Improvement on productivity via line balancing, work load leveling, SMED and TPM6. Conduct lean trainings and workshops i. Lean Production Trainings Value Stream Mapping and Design, 5S, Visual Management, Pull System, Quick Change Over (SMED), Overall Equipment Efficiency, TPM, Tool Management, Line Balance, Lean Line Design, Productivity Improvement and Process Improvementii. Lean Quality Trainings Short Quality Control Loops, Quality Value Stream Mapping and Design, Quality Assurance Matrix, Firewall, 8D methodology, Quality Tools, PSS and 5 Why’siii. Lean Logistic Trainings Plan For Every Part, Kanban System, Milk Run and Production Leveling 7. Interface with plant supply chain and other departments on SDP implementation8. Conduct periodic Steering Committee Meeting with top managements to review project status and formulate directions 9. Collaborate with other Bosch plants especially in Asia Pacific region on lean management trainings and implementation

1. Heading entire operation of the plant from administration, production, planning, maintenance, logistic, QA ( R&D) and marketing support.2. Establish, manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.3. Ensure activities meet and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management and all legislation is adhered to in relation to products, employment, workplace safety and environmental issues. 4. Heading cost saving program within the organization.5. Establish, monitor and control cost for external activities such as vendors, sub-con and transporters.6. Lead improvement programs throughout the organization and cross functional teams.7. Lead product quality, performance and continual improvement of the organization.8. Monitor, measure and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and time scales.
