My major responsibilities are sourcing suitable profiles of IT professionals for various roles in the IT services industry. Analyze the requirement from the client and preparing the requirements for a quick search.Sourcing the profiles from various Job Portals and References with various search strings. Screening the profiles according to the Requirement and sourcing in the pool of talented individuals suited for the job to the recruiters in US.Maintain a good relationship with Senior Recruiters, Accounts Managers, BDE & TRE. Helping fellow individuals in the recruiting process,- Recruiting (sourcing, screening, selecting, interviewing).- Experience in using Job Portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed).- Expertise in recruiting ( US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B Holders).- Having excellent Sourcing skills , Networking, Social Media recruitment.- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment / Technical staffing experience.- Validate resume who's fit for the requirements and do the pre-screening of candidates / consultants to work for the clients- Deal with different Consultants, Compensation Negotiations and Knowledge of US tax terms terminologies.*Proficient working in Full Time Opportunities only*
