• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the domain area of compensation data requests and analysis through the global incentive plan administration (APAC, LATAM, and NA) to help drive the incentive payments
• Assist/support the team with the Global Annual Comp process during the peak period
• Assist with business discussions on incentive plan administration through data analysis and having a process document in place
• Remedy Force Queue Management
• Ensure data accuracy in the SharePoint Interface system and independently address the relevant queries

Bangalore

• Responsibilities:
• Follow the data privacy guidelines and ensure the position is set up in the Employee Central system for the new hires in APAC and NA region
• Engage with the Managers, Compensation Analyst/Leaders and DMT team for the new position set-up
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to the Global Comp Consultant
• Provide guidance to the respective managers following the global GJC catalog to ensure data accuracy on the new positions
• Spotlight the areas of improvement to the GCA following the data privacy policy

Bangalore

• Employee as a direct payroll under Randstad India, seated in clients location (Cargill Business Services) for managing the below roles And responsibilities:
• Key role in setting up the Taleo tool with accurate and real-time data for the effective recruitment process
• MIS: Data management and presentation for project implementation with third-party vendors
• Internal Audit activities in recruitment space
• Analyze and spotlight the areas of improvement for effectiveness and efficiency with minimal guidance

• Handling PF, ESIC, Compliance, Wage slip, joining & exit formalities, Admin support, Attendance maintenance, Recruitment, Interview Schedule, and other HR-related activities
• Independently engage with the clients for payroll and grievance handling
