Recruiter Roles:• Well Versed Knowledge in Full Recruitment Lifecycle right from Sourcing, Screening, Short listing and Submitting to the manager.• End to End recruitment process in domestic, which includes In-House, permanent, contract and C2H positions.• Understanding the requirements thoroughly, screening and short listing the candidates in accordance to the requirement.• Sourcing candidates from Job portals like Naukri, Monster and Social Networks.• Posting ads on job portals, profile search through database.Role: System Admin/ Office Assistance• Installing and configure Windows Operating Systems (Like Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10).• Installing and configuring server operating systems (Like 2003, 2008, and 2012).• Creating User Accounts and giving a domain level Permissions.• Sharing and Access the Network Drives and Folders and along With Permissions.• Configure and Troubleshoot and sharing the Network printers and Local Printers and Scanners and create a network folder for scanning files for individual users.• Creating and establish LAN by Using Configure Routers and Switches and Troubleshoot the Problems by Using Remote Desktop Connection.
