With over 26 years of experience in Quality, I lead a team of quality professionals in ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction for our products and services. I am a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a QMS Lead Auditor, with a master's degree in quality management from BITS Pilani.My core competencies include implementing and maintaining quality systems such as IATF and ISO, applying quality tools and methodologies such as TQM, TPM, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC, and managing quality projects and audits across the division. I also partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our processes and products.
