"I am responsible for making sure all the necessary export shipment documents,submitted on time. I keep track of shipping events and update our internal teams with accurate information from different systems and carriers.To improve our processes, I am responsible to maintain a shipping events database, which helps us track shipments better and find areas for improvement. I also communicate any possible delays or issues to our team promptly, ensuring everyone stays informed and works together efficiently.Then anothere area of work is to analyze demurrage invoices to find mistakes and opportunities for cost savings. By working closely with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, we will pointing out the issues in the invoice and Dispute if neededAdditionally, I handle partial container rolling for multi-container ocean freight bookings. This involves splitting containers from the original bookings and creating new ones using SAP, which helps us optimize our shipping resources and reduce costs. Apart from this I use P44 and Power BI tools for efficient shipment tracking. P44 helps me manage shipments and complete required documentation on time. With Power BI, I create real-time visualizations for easy updates on shipping events, benefiting our logistics operations and decision-making .
