Responsible for handling the entire recruiting cycle such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing, and placing the qualified consultant.• Responsible for recruiting on contract, contract to hire, and permanent positions.• Worked with USC,GC,H1B,H4-EAD,L2-EAD,OPT and TN VISA with constraints and complicated requirements.• Worked exclusively with Direct clients,Implementation partners and preferred vendors.• Understand the requirement and client specific needs• Sourcing, Searching, identifying consultants using job boards like Dice & Monster and Internal Database.• Telephonic Screening and discussion with the Consultant/Vendor regarding the skill set and rate negotiation (Corp 2 Corp, W2 & 1099)• Conducted phone screens, interviews, and reference check for prospective candidates.• Interaction with the consultants briefing them about requirement and to know their willingness.• Speak with candidates to know their priorities if they have any constraints like location, clients etc.,• Submitting the profile to the concern Account Manager with perfect match as per the job requirement. .• Scheduling interview with the client, following up with the candidates• Follow up with the consultant and the client to check the post-submission status.• Working closely with Account manager and Onsite manager• Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior Level.• Maintaining internal data base of consultants as per their Skill Sets.• Arranging interviews on Video Conference for Virtual Presence of Candidates.• Keeping track of consultants for future references.• Handled all the IT Technologies involving combination of complex skill sets and rare technologies.

Responsible for sales and services of Electronic medical equipment's like Ecg monitor ,infusion pump, syringe pump, finger pulse monitor, and other medical equipment's.Roles and responsibility: Meet doctors everyday end explaining about the functions and advantages of the equipment for sale and doing some minor services of repaired machines.
