Project: MICRON / SILTRONIC, Singapore• To ensure that all facilities trades start on time, working with a team of System Engineers and Supervisors, to deliver and achieve all construction installation in a timely and sequential manner emphasizing on safety and quality to deliver all contractual obligations as per design and specific requirements of the Owner.• To enforce, carry out instruction and project direction given out by Project Manager and ensuring timely delivery of all MEP trades contractual milestone to participate in incident investigation and follow up actions.• Project Co-ordinate MEP Base built team and all changes in appropriate data bases to provide As built drawings to client and for the site specific regulations.• Inspection all Utilities of Air conditioning system, firefighting system, Gas Piping & Exhaust Ducts routing and project co-ordinate with Designer for AS Build Drawing. HOOK-UP • Existing Siltronic Project & MICRON Project to Field verification of all mechanical and electrical POC locations, and floor layouts for designs prior to the designer’s completion of a design package for new tools install in a Semiconductor cleanroom environment and Hook-up. • Monitors work area to ensure quality and process standards are being followed.• Plan, track, and update utilities progress updates to project manager

Project: ABBOTT & KMG, Singapore• Site co-ordinate of piping systems for Steam, Process Piping & utility Piping line.• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress and co-ordinate with client and prepare follow up as built drawings.• Preparing and Checking BOQ, piping layout, Isometric and schematic drawings and detail as built drawings Documents are submitted to client.• Co-ordination with vendor for material requirement and follow up progress work material and Material mill certificate arranged document for client.• Project Planning, Forecasting for engineering technical activities and Materials procurements. • Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress and co-ordinate with client and prepare follow up as built drawings.
