Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage MEP Construction activities. Implement, monitor & track project schedule & site construction team & progress. Cost control & establish targets for team productivity. Initiate procurement plan & track until delivery & closure. Attending regular meetings (on work progress, co-ordination, design, technical, etc...) with Main contractor and Consultant/Client to discuss key issue related to the project and take effective and corrective actions. Coordinating with the Client/Consultant, Project management of team of Main contractors, Sub-contractors and other service contractors. Leading the Design team in preparation of shop drawings for Electrical & Extra Low Voltage system. Review MEP material submittals, take off & initiate PR/PO with expected delivery dates. Follow up the status of material delivery with engineers & provide support whenever required. Ensure coordination between MEP activities at site with the team. Ensure availability of tools/machines/testing machines & consumables prior to start activity. Study Contract BOQ & find out the scope of work. Installing & Handing over all Electrical and Low current systems which includes HV, LV switchgears including RMU’s, Transformers, Bus Duct system & Panels boards, Lighting system with Dimming control (Interior & Exterior), Small power system, Fire Detection & Alarm system, Music system, SMATV system, Security services (CCTV, Access Control system), AV & Projection system, Data/Telecom, etc.… Providing Technical guidance and support to the project team. Coordinating with Site in Erection & Commissioning of equipment’s as per protocol. Preparing periodic reports to the management including status of budget, variance/change claims, schedule, disputes, upcoming activities and safety records. Preparing Pre-commissioning and Commissioning reports as per approved method statement and getting approval from Consultant.

(Airports and Industrial) Installation of mechanical fire Fighting system like 1) Deluge Valve System Pipe line for Protection of Electrical Transformer, 2) Firefighting Sprinkler –Commercial Building , Accommodation Building, Industrial –Aircraft Yard, Weapons Yard, Service Yard, .3) Medium Velocity Foam and Water Spray Nozzles with Sprinkler pipeline installation for aviation fuel tank.5) Installation of small firefighting equipment like FHR, fire Extinguisher, landing valve, 6) Installation of FM-200systems for IT Rooms. (Airport & Industrial) Installations of all MEP works were carried out as per approved shop drawings ensuring compliance with safety requirements and as per standards.

Role & Responsibility of work: Preparation of Mobilizing & Project manpower & material site for execution (Electrical & Plumbing) Executed the electrical services like installation Lighting fitting with wiring (Industrial & Commercial), Small power with wiring, AC Power, Data /Tel, TV, CCTV, Door Access Control, Internet, , Fire alarm like Detector’s and Call point, Sprinkler, Addressable System. Supervises electrical Forman / workers To check the entire work according to approved drawings Inspecting Electrical wirings, accessories are fixed according to Electrical Standards. Selection of desired LT cables, breakers, DB’s, etc. for the project. Planning of project schedule & timely completion of the project (MEP). Execution of up to 1500KVA Transformer Erection and Transformer to MLVP panel bus duct connected work. Execution of 11KV Substation Power panels and cabling and Earthing and Lighting protection work. Execution of Spinning motors up to 60KW motor erection and cabling & termination works All Electrical panels erection and commissioning works Execution of Spinning all department Blow room, Carding, Ripponlap Spinning, Autoconer, Cone winding Power Cable laying and termination and electrical panels’ erection and commissioning works. Execution of Lighting and small power electrical work.
