Monitor closely the rollout plan until the desired target is achieved. • Understand operators Project Management processes and capable in implementing in daily work. Work closely with the logistic department to create transportation order, dispatch note and invoices to order materials from the warehouse and deliver them on time to the locations. • Involve in weekly Staring Com meeting with the Core Project team to plan and execute the 3 month forecast target as committed to the customer and also crosscheck with the regional team on the blocking points faced and also find solution to overcome the blocking points.

• Responsible for managing and driving the Implementation Engineering Department (IE), Civil Works Design Department & Documentation Control Department, consisting of 3 Managers, 5 IE Engineers, 2 CW Design Engineers and 5 Documentation controllers.• Responsible for preparing guideline documentation for the site supervisors and also the contractors. The initial guideline prepared was based on the site photographs (do’s and don’ts) with brief comments and explanation.• Responsible to compile all the approved specifications by local Operator as the reference documentation for the site supervisors and also the contractors during implementation.• Responsible for ensuring all the site material for civil work and telecom works to complete phase 4 is ready and available for project closing. • Involved in materials ordering and from Sweden and also locally for Phase 4. Work closely with sourcing department to finalize the local material prices so that the material ordering could be made sooner to avoid any delay in the rollout.• Responsible for driving and delivering all the BoQ’s for Phase 1, 2, 3 & 4 to receive the payment after RFS (ready for service) from the customer.• Responsible for managing multiple service providers (contractors) to submit all the required documentation for site acceptance according to the contract.• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring material availability are adequate for site implementations. Leading material deficit checks on a monthly basis between Installation Engineering & Logistics.
