• Responsible for the Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Utility Equipment's like Air compressor, Air handing Units, Scrubbers, chiller, Exhaust blowers.• Liable for all shift activities including Preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenances, work permit and Inventory control.• Responsible for Preparing & Attending of preventive maintenance as per schedule for all the equipments.• Preparation of calibration schedule and execution of activities as per the schedule.• Coordination with outside agency for periodic validation and calibration of equipments.• Responsible for safe operation of the Plant at optimum conditions.• Managing day to day activities, with a strong focus on housekeeping, safety and environmental issues.• Identifying the possible causes for the equipment failures and take corrective measure to reduce breakdown.• Identifying Critical spares for the equipments and indenting the same for reducing downtime.• Responsible for maintaining an inventory for the requirement of the supplies and spare parts through SAP.• Managing and involving with vendors in Installation, commissioning of equipments to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.• Handling the documentation works, log reports, calibration & validation reports

• Operation and Maintenance of Electrical Equipments such as 11kV / 440V Distribution Transformers, VCB & ACB breakers, HT/LT Motors, VFD Drives, Battery charger, UPS and Lightings.• Operation and maintenance of 2270kVA HT DG Sets.• Planning & Scheduling of Maintenance activities to be carried out for various equipments.• Condition Monitoring and Predictive maintenance of critical equipment and corrective actions to avoid breakdown.• Responsible for performing routine maintenance inspections, guiding/leading the electrical team and assessing the needs of equipment replacements, spare parts for the maintenance.• Reviewing and reporting the performed maintenance activities to Facility Manager.• Daily Power monitoring, calculations and reporting at monthly basis.• Responsible in checking the specification and the capacity of the machine and decide the spare parts required to be imported from the suppliers.• Material procurement and maintaining minimum spares for attending breakdown and reducing breakdown time.• Coordination with various departments for smooth functioning of the equipment by feedback and suggestions from them.• Worked with company’s vendors and supervised during various maintenance activities to ensure proper completion of work.
