CurrentResponsibilities:⦁ Responsible for sourcing and accurately qualifying candidates for market need from Client Requirements.⦁ Perform in depth sourcing of passive candidates by using creative forms of online search (Boolean, social networking, LinkedIn, etc.)⦁ Good Knowledge in sourcing portals like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, LinkedIn.⦁ Good Knowledge in Recruiting H1B Consultants, Green card Holders, EAD, TN, and US Citizens for direct Client Requirements & Vendor Requirements.⦁ Conducting professional assessment over the telephone and/or in person for skills, experience, availability, compensation requirements and willingness to Travel/Relocate and overall suitability⦁ Possess excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, H1B transfer, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing.⦁ Recruiting, hiring, and training our internal recruiting and marketing team conducting Phone screening and managing the complete Interview - Hire process.⦁ Working on various Tax Terms like C2C, W2, Full-Time.⦁ Maintaining very good pipeline and communication with prospective candidates to long-term relationships and also to make them very comfortable working with the company
