• Have hands on experience in basic Machine operations and recipe setup for: Lintec Taper, Dyna tech Detaper, WSS Bonder and Debonder, Disco Back grind 1205 (DGP8761 & DFM2800), Laser groove (DFL7160), Stealth Dicing (DFL 7341), ASM Pick and Place (MS100 , MS109 and MS899-DLA), Wafer breaker (WBF6000). • SPC control – Verify & take actions for OOC & OOS data’s in SPC chart based on analyzing the machine history and make use of SOP to dispose the on hold LOT.• I have excellent knowledge on carrying out equipment Process Buyoff weekly, monthly and yearly according to the PM checklist and release the Machine• Good knowledge to perform line sustaining with on hold lot disposition.• Data collections for various new recipe evaluations.• Supporting knowledge for improvement projects assigned by Engineers.• Proper preparation of a Passdown report and presenting it in a Passdown meeting.
