Currently,I am leading a team of 24 executives representing Enginecomponents Machining.Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activitieswithin or between departments.Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and productionsequences to meet production goals.Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policiesand procedures for workers.Keep records of employees' attendance and hours worked.Requisition materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services.Maintain operations data, such as time, production, and cost records,and prepare management reports of production results.During my tenure, I have successfully lead an Engine machining teamfor the migration of BS3 to BSIV Vehicle norms in the plant.I did so many process improvements including Mistake Proofing doneto identify Injector bore operation missing in Makino machines, RPDimprovement of various machining lines viz.
