Achievements Produced white / dyed woven fabrics such as Bed linens, table tops, napkins, towels, curtains and to some extent apparel fabrics for major clients like M&S, IKEA, MGB, GE, ERM, ST, STT, Shahi, Wallmart, Trousseau, SPR, EXCLUSIVE LINENS, etc. Minimised the rejection level in both weaving and processing units. Strictly adhered to 4 point system and AQL for woven fabrics. Complied with IKEA norms with respect to quality and factory regulations.

Job Description Responsible for quality and maintenance activities of the whole group comprising 1 lakh ring spindles and 1 garment unit. Expertised in mélange yarn and fabric production; developed systems to maintain consistency in the quality of mélange products. Implemented various systems at manufacturing units and minimized the yarn / fabric quality grievances to bare minimum. Also looked-after all the development activities like getting GOTS (organic) / OE certificates, Oeko-Tex certificate and Fair trade certificates, etc for this company. Have good exposure in Six sigma and TQM concepts as well.Achievements• Got Organic (both GOTS & OE) certificates for the group• Minimised the hardwaste from 0.8% to 0.4% and also improved the yarn realization by 3%• Achieved very good quality levels consistently and claims brought down by 5%• Responsible for expansion of the capacity by another 10000 spindles
