My dream has come true after my consistent performance and having my future road map clear to this new responsibility as Senior Lead-Business Analyst. As in my pervious role I have put more efforts in understanding the business needs and worked towards the improvement and innovation has led to this new role in Mindsprint ( Previously known as Olam Information services Pvt Ltd). -Team has given these responsibilities to me for bringing more meaningful insights in developing this new software to our SCM client using my earlier work experience.-This role holds me more challenges and learning ahead and I’m excited to showcase my performance to next level.

My efforts on consistent process improvement and innovation has put me into additional huge responsibility as Deputy Manager in Mindsprint ( Previously known as Olam Information Services Pvt Ltd) , I made several controls in end to end process and made the process seamless to all members. Also take new path in my career to handle Spice manufacturing plants in USA -Trained team on how to find a way to improve the process, which end up with many ideas and guided them to implement them as well, like (1) Invoice and customer intimation process had same details updating twice in two screen which we managed to map the field once invoice is raised, this saved 30% of our process time, (2) Sending reminders to customer for LC opening, Contract signing, advance payment or payment this saved entire time of our manual follow up, etc., -Since my search was never ended so I seek to have new challenge in my current role for which I was got an opportunity to handle back end process of largest Spice manufacturing plants Olde Thompson (Olam Entity) in USA. Im on the journey of learning and exploring.

My pace of development in process interested me in exploring in other areas like Export documentation, Invoicing, Origin support along with my responsibility of Contract management and LC.-Export documentation process was downloaded offline and within 8 month we see potential of turning this process from manual to Auto generation from system. This project really turned the process upside down and we have saved 3+ resource cost.-Handled Invoicing process which added more knowledge about origin process, logistics co-ordination with liner, customer service interaction, Finance concepts like BRM, PNL, sub ledger, balance sheet.

My effective way of handling process has moved my position to team lead within short period of time, with this responsibility I have been tagged to 12 members. This guided me in path to bring more process innovations.-With the existing contract management process we have fine tune many areas in system in capturing end to end details in system instead of manual updation.-We also brought new improvement for paperless contract, by stopping the manual signing instead of auto system signing with a tool called ECM. Once approver replies in email the contract gets signed. This is game changer improvement saved 100% of cost in printing and letter head paper, also improved faster cycle time.-Also we proposed to migrate few new process from Singapore, mainly we got approval to download Export documentation process.

My consistent performance in my earlier role has opened up new opportunity to travel Singapore to download a new process from head office “Contract management”.-Within short period of time i.e. within 14 days this process was migrated.-I have created many appropriate documents within that time to have this process handled with at most knowledge and care, documents like SOP, DTP, Process Flow, Checklist, Exceptional handling hand book, etc.,

My responsibility was to audit letter of credit for raw cotton business in international market, also co-ordinating with all banks in Singapore.-Entire bank co-ordination was handled like for LC advising, Negotiating, Confirmation rates, discounting and NOD handling.-Brought process standardization by creating LC format for each Market and suggested customer to use the same for hassle free process and faster turnaround. This improved our end to end cycle time and avoided delay in Negotiation, Amendments and Discrepancy.

Explored Export and import Letter of credits (Issuance to documentary checking), collections and Negotiations for National Australia Bank, Also created many templates for documentation which result in customer satisfaction.-From my initial role as Consultant -Trainee officer got full time role within 6 month of my performance, from there got consecutive promotion each year as Officer to Specialist and to Executive. - Completed CDCS certification in first attempt, also trained 20+ members to appear for CDCS certification.
