As Vice President of ABN Amro Bank and subsequently at Royal Bank of Scotland, I was heading Consumer Banking in different locations, and from June 2009 was Regional Head BB RM Channel, Chennai. Responsibilities included Managing the existing CA book of the region, sourcing NTB Nos & values, Generating fee income from trade & forex as well as fee income out of business lending At present I am the Channel National Head for CA book, with responsibilities to generate and achieve the desired NTB Nos & Values, Manage the existing book and ensure that revenue goals of the RM Channel for the country is achieved

Was adjudged the Best Branch Head in the country in the year 2003 and Best Cluster Pan India in the year 2005 /2006 ( for performance in Insurance & overall all round performance )

Managed the entire branch banking of HDFC Bank for rest of Tamilnadu - responsible for vertical and horizontal growth in the balance sheet - both assets & liabilities, third party products like Insurance & Mutual Funds along with Gold Bars

Worked in the Bank from 1978 to 1998, 20 years in various positions as Lead District Officer, Branch Manager in various grades, Junior Mgmt, Middle Mgmt, Senior Mgmt. Have won awards & accolades as the Best Branch Head in the Region, Zone & in the entire bank in 1984.
