In addition to daily duties on managing vendors and serviceability levels of equipment and vehicles for the company, I am also currently working on multiple special projects regarding Equipment and Fleet Management ranging from -Electrification of vehicle and equipment fleet,-Sustainability initiatives -Improving turn-around-time and repair speed and effectiveness-Car-sharing for improved utilization -Asset management, tracking-Defect analysis for predictive maintenance.- Safety and Security features for safer driving habits of staffThis has enabled me to meet multiple parties in other industries, helping with both the exchange of theoretical ideas and their feasibility, as well as learning tried and tested methods to establish at our workshop as a first-step to improved performance.

Focal point for all tool-related queries in SIA Engineering, exposing me to another facet of the support side for the day-to-day operations at the Airport. Hilights include-Reorganizing the premises based on 5S rules-retraining of staff to reduce wait times for customers-Re-assetizing of tools, reducing overall costs of the department. -Continuos investigation on tool reports of unserviceability, which led to the eventual retraining of users to improve tool usage, decrease tool break rate, thus improve tool uptime. -The management, planning and eventual execution of safety measures during the COVID pandemic (this included managing of required protective gear, medical supplies as well as business continuation contingencies)-Towards to end of my tenure at Tools, I also took additional responsibilities at the aircraft spares department, where i initiated the project to combine both departments under one roof in order to improve delivery of support items for operations. This improved workplace efficiency with a leaner taskforce,.

As the representative of the Company's Vehicle and Equipment, was involved from the purchases, to the maintenance, to the disposal of all motorized equipment in use by the SIAEC, as well as some other 3rd party vendors. Implemented process to streamline the preventive maintenance, cutting down Turn-Around-Time by 40%, while still maintaining target serviceability levels both company and stakeholder-wise. Also was involve in the asset reorganizations, as well as the focal for fleet optimization and billing for repairs, giving me insight into both purchase processes as well as vendor management.

Laboratory Technician under the Laboratory department. Working mainly with Gas and Fuel oils, analysing samples determinig physical and chemical properties through experimentation, and searching for any anomalies. . working 12 hours shifts, nights and weekends included. My role as Shift leader also taught me how to supervise my colleagues, do administrative duties while running experiments, as well as manage calls and requests from clients.
