My down-to-earth approach and depth of experience gives people the confidence to better their life with increased joy and wellbeing.I have a Master’s Degree in Nutrition, and I am certified by New York State as a Clinical Nutritionist. I worked as a nutritionist in the departments of endocrinology, family medicine and OB/Gyn at St. Luke’s Hospital for 7 years. I have worked in private practice with families throughout New York City. My expertise includes a wide range of conditions, including autoimmune disorders, gastrointestinal distress, heart disease, cancer, allergies, diabetes, high-risk pregnancies, and childhood obesity.

Performed initial and follow- up dietary assessment for patients with various indications: pediatric indications, short stature, precocious puberty adolescence, adults, diabetes type I & II, CVD, HTN, hypercholesterolemia; weight management, food allergies, bariatric surgery, prenatal GDM, post partum weight reduction. I developed physical activity and exercise programs for weight reduction and management of specific disorders. I also assess nutritional risk for pregnant women based on history of obesity, anemia, hyperemesis, pre-eclampseia, diabetes and gestational diabetes. I also offer patients my assistance during the postpartum period including breastfeeding, balanced nutrition for baby’s first year and weight reduction programs for mothers
