Responsibilities in project management include- Initiating the planning and promotion of the projects in front of the nature reserves- Cooperation with external stakeholders, linking the ideas of the innovative project to the reserves- Preparation of the contract, negotiation and contract management in front of the nature reserves and the implementation of the project in the field.

Planning and control of multi-year work plans in large defense development projects- Building complex work plans for the development of a mega project while working with many interfaces to maximize the development process.- Budget planning and project control- Managing project milestones- Identifying and managing risks in the project.

Managing work plans in development and production projects while monitoring the implementation of project milestones

- Treatment of organizational processes and methods- Leading and implementing work process improvement processes- Determining metrics and improving reward processes.

Establishing and implementing a project management department in the organization - as part of the role, characterizing the needs of the organization, choosing a methodology for project management and implementation.
