• Responsible for servicing various Analytical Equipments located at R&D Center • Maintenance involving preventive and annual maintenance of instruments like HPLC, Preparative HPLC manufactured by various suppliers namely Waters, Agilent, Shimadzu,• Gas Chromatography, LCMS, by micro mass• FT-IR, Spectrophotometer, TGA, DSC, Balance, pH meters and Autotitrators by metrohm• Procurement of spares and instruments as per GLP norms and Pharmacopial requirements.• Ensuring timely calibrations of all equipments• To perform & responsible for IQ, OQ, PV of the instruments• To Lab compliance towards FDA regulations and part 11 compliance• To give training for the scientists/chemists on trouble shooting of instruments and their do’s & don’ts • To perform Administrative responsibility for instrument control software’s,• Responsible for planning, purchase coordination, service coordination • Computer validations.• To ensure minimum Spares Inventory • Total Lab GLP Compliance

• Looking after entire service for Analytical Instruments like HPLC, Prep HPLC generally used in Pharmaceuticals, Chemical Industry, Medical Institutions and Nursing Homes across the southern India.• My work involves service, installation, preventive maintenance and break down visits and imparting training to the users and the technicians.• Demonstrations to the Customer (New Users) regarding Hardware and Software.• Managing and coordinating with local dealers and their engineers• Working towards greater Customer Satisfaction Index.

• As a Service engineer my duties were to install new Instrument, Validations and Documentation’s of all Modules.• Demonstrations to the Customer (New Users) regarding Hardware and Software.• Sending Prerequisites to the Customers for new instrument installations.• Attending Breakdown calls of all HITACHI HPLC’ s and Vital Scientific make Bio Chemistry analyzers, Beckman Coulter cell counters, Eliza readers from lab Instruments AVL& Radiometer make Electrolyte Analyzer and Gas Analyzer.• Sending Spares Quotations and AMC Proposals to the Customers and Implementing Preventive maintenance (PM’s). • The Job involves pre-installation, installation, training and demo to users.• Handling breakdown calls for HPLCs, and other lab equipments.
