And scheduling client interviews based on the needs.• Skill Mapping & Project Mapping• Document verification as per the policies• Effective Salary negotiation within the bandwidth.• Preparing and Issuing offer letters to the identified candidates once receiving approvals from respective Business Heads and Managers.• Subsequent follow-up to maintain a personal rapport with the selected candidates &Enhancing the Relationship with the Existing candidates• Maintaining master database & updation of records for the entire recruitment activities.• Responsible to provide end-to-end solutions to manpower requirements right from demand planning until closures. This is across BU's & Practices • Responsible to design, implement, monitor and deliver Recruitment strategies against the open resource demand for all the Business UnitsInterface with Hiring Managers to understand and validate the demand.• Responsible to provide Recruitment dashboards / resource supply view /hiring plan/ updates on a periodic basis to various BU leaders and other relevant stakeholders• Involved in Vendor Management, Generating market intelligence report for Niche skills areas & Market analysis.• Involved in Bulk Hiring, Niche Skills Hiring, Campus Hiring & Leadership Recruitment.• Weekly review meeting with Project team/Business Heads to understand better & for forecast planning.
