The Hitech4Israel (חמ"ל ההייטק) was established by hi-tech entrepreneurs and investors, with hundreds of volunteers. We have provided military equipment and welfare to soldiers in +50 military units. We maintain contact with over 450 military units, and manage field teams of over 1,000 people.

Includes ongoing management of the complex, front desk and community members, Building and managing the online and offline store of "Fithood" at all levels, Organization and development of business and social events at the complex.

• Managing a company of 30-50 participants from all over Europe. Personal and professional guidance through the full period of their stay (3-10 months)• Communication based on English language only • Full responsibility and ongoing work with the participants, content transfer, work and personal problem solving.

An educational instructor in the "Israeli Scouts" youth group movement of 10th graders: • Accompanying and mentoring about 60 youth• Logistical and educational development including building content, seminars, trips and weekly activities

• Passionately and professionally delivering content and training in front of soldiers at all levels of command and from all types of units in the Israel Defense Forces• Decision making under pressure, great independence, inquiring and drawing conclusions, facing unplanned situations while giving creative and immediate solutions.• Building a first of-its-kind education role in the unit
