My current position is HRBP, focusing mainly on recruiting and working with our global partners on developing guidance programs.I do it all with an emphasis on sharing listening and never-ending curiosity that comes to hand in building effective work crews motivating managers employees and teams to get the best results for everyone.Marking my goals and accomplishing them to get real change is what I love doing.In a challenging environment of a production factory, I face many recruiting challenges and I have realized that the current state of recruiting requires diversity and that is why I am actively working to change the perception of managers about it.Together we have adapted ourselves and the work environment to hire more women, people with disabilities, and other populations that are usually not the "common" employment profile.One of my main projects was to train managers in the world of recruiting especially the frontal interview in a more behavioral method, building-specific questionnaires for each position, correct branding, and decision making to create a system that provides more efficient recruiting and lowered the employee turnover. During the last two years, I have worked with over twenty department managers to focus their attention on employee preservation. Together with our CEO and a focused management team, we have changed the dialogue between management and employees and created an individual budget and a plan for each staff member.The method I have built is being used today and as a result, we see a huge improvement in our inner and outer engagement.We continue to be part of the ongoing recruiting market competition and can invest in future personal development programs beyond our initial budget using money saved from Employee turnover.My goal is to continue to study and learn about the world of HR and bring as much innovation change as I can.We must continue to venture out of our comfort zones and always challenge ourselves and others.
