• Overseas the smooth operation of outlet under my control• Responsible for achieving the sales targets (as per budget) for outlet.• Responsible for the budgeted cost for beverages and food• Ensuring that outlet staff produces product consistency as per SOP• Monitoring for proper service procedure of food and beverage for the customers.• Preparing MIS and P & L reports.• Responsible for the budgeted COGS for beverages and food.• Speaking to the customers and taking their feedback and work with Operation team to satisfy the customers.• Prepare weekly schedules and delegate it accordingly. • Coordinate with supply chain for the store requirements and maintaining proper inventory• Training the staffs whenever necessary. • Collect all the require information on products, business strategy, service standards and share with Area Manager.• Coordinate with Business Development Manager, Area Manager for Outdoor Catering.• Preparing Business Review Meeting for monthly basis and explain to Area Manager.• Monitoring the effectiveness of the staffing and their appraisals.• Conducting audit check of inventory as frequent as possible in order to avoid any cash or any inventory pilferage to the company.• Implementing any promotional activities properly as per the Marketing department and getting feedback about the promotions and passing it to the concerned authorities.• Addressing all the customers’ complaints.• Incharge for Local Store Marketing activities like Bike parade, leafleting and ODC’s.• Warehouse inventory, stock indent, and stock management
