Lead Product Developer as part of the DCA Portal team. Designing and building the DCA Portal product as part of the CLM (Cloud Lifecycle Management) solution. Building both the UI & backend of the CLM web application using google closure over jetty with complimentary technologies like jquery, knockoutjs, underscorejs and communicate with the backend that is running on top of a virgo container using REST. The backend is Java using a PostgreSQL DB.

Leading the Job Infrastructure development team as part of BMC Bladelogic product. Job Infrastructure is mainly focused on developing the new Workflow Job that will integrate BMC Atrium Orchestrator abilities into Bladelogic, enabling customers to create workflows that can execute complex scenarios over the managed target servers.The development is done in core java as most of the frameworks used by Bladelogic are home grown, starting with the O/R Mapping framework, ending with the Application Server. As part of the Job i was responsible for the design, planning of the project, managing the team status, assigning tasks to the team members and review performance.

Leading the Product development of the next generation of IdM engine (Code name M1), The work was entirely in Core Java and J2EE over windows using JBoss/Weblogic and WebSphere as containers. During the work on M1, gained experience in Hibernate, EJB, specifically in JMS and Message beans, Stateless Session Bean, Entity Beans. M1 project was eventually canceled sue to lack of resources. At that point i was transferred to the OpenServices teams which was part of an existing IdM product. The majority of the work done in the OpenServices team was to add new features to the existing solution, resolving defects and thickening the webservices abilities to enable our customers greater flexibility in the usage of our product.

Started working in BMC Software in November 2000 as a C/C++ developer over UNIX environments in the server side of the IdM (Identity management) product. As part of the work on that product gained experience in CORBA, scripting, Oracle and Sybase DBs. In the process of working on IdM product, i was promoted to Sr. product developer. The product was eventually phased out from TLV development center to the Pune development center in 2006, during that time i was leading the ESS (Enterprise Security Station) team and participating in the building and training of the newly created ESS team in Pune.

Software developer in MPS team. The development in MPS team was done in COBOL over UNIX using ORACLE DB. The work includeded developing customized solutions for customers in the cellular industry according to their dedicated billing schema.
