What leads me in my professional life is the passion to make a difference. whether the difference is in the structure of society, in the wellbeing of individuals and of making a difference in what is meaningful in my own personal life. I believe we all deserve equal opportunities in fulfilling our dreams and ambitions in life and one of my goals by working in "Hotam- Teach First Israel" is to help and create more opportunities for kids to believe in themselves and in their dreams.In "Gesher" my goal was to learn how to talk and listen to all groups in the complex Israeli society and of course to try and teach, coach and advise children, adults, soldiers, police officers and many other key figures in Israel how to be able to open our ears and hearts towards each other. In both jobs a main part was recruiting, advising and escorting the candidates by explaining the importance of making a significant career change.I believe in solving problem with creative ideas by thinking outside of the box in order to reach my goals and fulfill my beliefs while remembering and knowing my main goal and purpose is being able to do good for our wellbeing as moral human beings who are part of a complex society.I would be happy to hear of any collaborations with similar organizations and of any candidates who love to educate, love children and want to make a change and an influence in many different aspects of the education system in Israel.
