 To schedule the production activity to ensure the optimum utilization of plant’s capacity. To prepare production planning to take up replenishment action to make the shipment available at right quantity and right time. To organize the production facilities like machines, men etc., to achieve stated production objectives with respect to quantity, quality, time and cost. Weekly once prepare MPS (Master Production Schedule) as per the demand given by the Customer via the Business Team. Daily release the Production order in SAP (System Application Process & program) to all the Work Stations as per the MPS. Daily follow up 3M’s (Man, Machine & Material).
