• Lead and formulate presales technical & functional support activity to prospective clients ensuring to provide cost effective solutions• Act as a single point of a contact for multiple projects and build strategic alliances with prospective customers• Interview customers and identify the key features they require, address their existing pain points and prepare solution pitch based on the requirement• Provide specialist knowledge and direction in applying the technology solutions to client business needs.• Manage and coordinate cross functional teams for delivering key product solutions to gain market penetration in a space that the company has lagged from its competitors• Work closely with software development team in US and in India for pre-sales activities, project development , project delivery etc• Track the schedule and coordinate the activities of project for successful delivery to customers under tight budget constraints and extremely aggressive project timeline.• Act as a technical resource and focus on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions• Technical leadership across all projects / solutions to drive Business benefits to both internal and external clients• Strong ability to prioritize among competing opportunities, balance consumer needs with business priorities.• Conduct Market Analysis and detailed feasibility study for driving market strategy, business plans, product positioning, sales, customer and partner readiness for Microsoft applications.• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospects and clients.• Train sales team on solutions, and outbound sales collateral's
