Patent maintenance and renewal payments on time for our clients in various jurisdictions2. Maintaining our clients intellectual property records, tracking the renewals to be paid for their IP's and providing cost estimations in advance to facilitate them on preparing finance for their renewal payments3. Receive and record the instructions from the clients for their patent renewals4. Processing payments to the respective Patent offices5. Involving the renewal agents for the required jurisdictions and instructing them for renewal payments6. Managing client payment records and performing follow up with the clients who have pending payments7. Providing instructions to the accounts team regarding agent invoices to be paid8. Providing valuable reports to the Management that were related to renewal payments and revenue generation

Responsibilities handled ‑ Master database maintainance:1. To maintain master database of our clients and update their records on regular basis in our self developed tool called annuity payer.2. To create new profile for the new clients and update their assets in the system.3. To maintain renewal agent records for the renewal payment purposes.4. To audit and update the system with current renewal fees details of the respective countries patent office.Responsibilities handled – Accounts Receivables:1. To provide Renewal estimates to the clients on monthly and quarterly basis as per the clients requirements.2. To send invoice to the clients for the Renewals approved by them.3. To update receivables records about the receipt of funds from the client's for their renewals.4. To follow up with the clients for unpaid invoices.Responsibilities handled ‑ Accounts Payables:1. To schedule the renewal payment in the tool for monthly basis.2. To pay the Renewals of the clients under the respective country's patent offices.3. To use renewal agents to pay the Renewals in countries where direct online payments not allowed.4. To get pro‑forma invoice from the agents for the renewal payments.5. To reconcile and pay the agent invoices for the respective Renewals.

o Maintain Stock record on daily basis and coordinate with sales executives.o Prepare MIS on sales and stock and send to Management on daily basis.o Intimate Purchase for the insufficient stocks.o Communicate with suppliers and customers on any disputes.

o To process invoices, credit memos, and debit memos through oracle.o Route the invoices to appropriate Queues follow up for insufficient data invoices.o Rectification on invoices processed with errors.o Quality check on processed invoices.
