• WAN setup for new infrastructure / Customer build outs across globe
• Follow the change management process for all changes.
• Periodic failover test for all Wan services and critical MPLS customers
• Manage customer and business escalations for operational issues including technical support during certain P1 incidents and all P0 incidents.
• Work on mitigation plans to prevent and reduce incidents
• Identify tools and perform POC, Pilot to improve the service delivery and operations for Wan services (SDWAN Monitoring tools, NetFlow tool like Live Action NX, CA VNA and Sevone )
