Member of L2 team in state Network Operating Center (NOC) and giving support to all L1 team members which is located all centers in TamilNadu state. Configuring, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of CISCO routers and switches. Enabling line connectivity between centers with line protocol authentication PPP with network interfaces and maintained the LAN Setup of NOC including L3 & L2 switches. Monitoring more than 1500 WAN links with HP open view monitoring tool across Tamilnadu State. Coordinating with Service Providers (RELIANCE, TATA INDICOM, AIRTEL and BSNL) to solve the link down calls, Link error calls by checking Loop test in G703 Modem, V.35 Modem and BSNL MUX Unit
