Master Thesis StudentEndress+Hauser Group May 2023 - Feb 2024Maulburg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany**Developed a Testing Process for Vibronic Level Sensors (FTL5x)** During my master's thesis at Endress+Hauser SE+Co. KG, I developed a semi-automated testing process for vibronic level sensors. This involved analyzing vibration signals using a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) algorithm to assess sensor performance. I handled the assembly of the test setup and worked on mechanical processes like riveting and welding, ensuring everything met the right specifications. I also calibrated acceleration sensors for MEMS actuation and analyzed data using Apache Superset, which helped improve our testing methods. Additionally, I integrated HMI and WinCC for real-time monitoring and control within a SCADA framework. Through this project, I gained hands-on experience in sensor assembly and developed valuable skills to contribute to sensor technology development. -
Research InternshipEndress+Hauser Group May 2022 - Oct 2022Maulburg, Baden-Württemberg, GermanyDuring my internship at Endress+Hauser, I optimized testing protocols for Vibronic Level Sensors by integrating advanced vibration analysis and automation through basic Python scripting, which enhanced accuracy and reduced manual errors. I developed a Python-based user interface for controlling test setups and automating data saving. Utilizing CREO for CAD design, I created test assemblies and used LabVIEW to automate measurement instruments. I also implemented WinCC and HMI for real-time monitoring and control of test processes within a SCADA framework. By applying the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) algorithm, I analyzed sensor performance against oscilloscope data to detect defects. Additionally, I contributed to initiatives aimed at reducing costs, enhancing yield, and improving product quality. -
Working StudentLeibniz Institute Of Photonic Technology Jan 2022 - Mar 2022Jena, Thuringia, GermanyAs a Working Student at the Leibniz Institute of Photonic Technology in Jena, I contributed to the development of Superconducting Nanowire Single Photon Detectors (SNSPDs). My role involved conducting detailed experiments to evaluate the electrical and optical properties of SNSPDs, including measurements of dark count rates and quantum efficiency. I effectively utilized LabVIEW to control and optimize the experimental setups, ensuring precise and reliable results. Throughout this experience, I gained valuable hands-on experience with advanced laboratory equipment, such as high-powered lasers and cryogenic systems, which deepened my understanding of cutting-edge photonic technologies and experimental methodologies. -
Project StudentFachhochschule Jena May 2021 - Aug 2021Jena, Thuringia, GermanyPhotolithography for MicrofabricationDuring my student project in Jena, Germany, I applied photoresist patterns onto wafers using mask aligners and UV light, gaining hands-on experience in photolithography for microfabrication. I also utilized Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) to inspect the photoresist patterns and identify any defects, enhancing my understanding of the critical role that precision plays in semiconductor manufacturing. -
Process EngineerThe German Hand Casting Sep 2016 - Oct 2020IndiaAs a Process Engineer at The German Handcasting in Hyderabad, I played a key role in merging art and engineering to develop personalized casting techniques for creating lasting memories. I designed and optimized handcasting processes, providing innovative solutions for belly casting methods. My responsibilities included managing the entire production workflow, from conceptual design in SolidWorks to final product development, ensuring precision and quality at each stage.I utilized advanced tools like FaceGen Maker, Human Maker, and Blender to create lifelike miniature replicas and streamlined 3D printing workflows using Ultimaker Cura and the Anycubic Vyper printer. Additionally, I engaged with customers to understand their unique requirements and deliver tailored hand-casting experiences.Collaborating with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Master, I refined our protocols and implemented process improvements that enhanced efficiency and reduced waste. My efforts contributed to the company successfully delivering over 100 custom hand-casting models in our inaugural financial year.
