 Currently associated with Suzlon Energy Ltd at Karnataka in OMS department as an Electrical Engineer. Working with Suzlon, gained experience in Testing, Commissioning, OMS, Trouble shooting of Wind Turbine Generators and its Auxiliary components (1250 KW,1500 KW & 2100 KW) controlled by Bachmann make PLC, SCADA through OFC System.

Designation : Engineer OMS (Electrical) Jobs& Responsibilities Involved in testing & commissioning of 1.25 MW, 1.5 MW and 2.1 MW wind turbine generator, Power Transformer & Accessories (690/33KV, 1500KVA, 2.0MVA & 2.5 MVA).Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of HT< switch gears like ACB, VCB circuit breakers.Handling SCADA system for monitor and controlling of WTG’s and BACHMANN PLC Wind Turbine controllers.Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.Identifying root cause of failures and implemented quick breakdown solutions to put the machines back in operation within minimum turnaround time. Responsible for Testing & Servicing of power panels, PLC Control panels, power contactors, Capacitors & Thyristors.Testing & Servicing of UPS, Position Encoders, AC Motors & drives VFD( Variable Frequency Drives ) Ensuring all the products have clearly defined specifications with careful and sophisticated quality control measures in compliance to the international standards.Performing root-cause analysis of defects while developing and improving the processing by taking corrective actions to prevent any reoccurrences and defective issues.Reviewing the operational practices, identify the areas of obstruction / quality failures and advise on system and process changes for qualitative improvement in productivity.Maintenance of AC motors , power transformer, Sf6 & VCB (110kV/33kV) circuit breakers Handle the tasks of generating plans for upgrading design and in documenting work policiesProvide instructions in areas of testing and commissioning electrical equipment to the contractors and sub-contractors.Handle full responsibilities of developing operating procedures, specifications of equipment and the standards of materials.Organizing Energy Audit Programs in the section.
