Apart from the normal daily activities which include conducting training needs analysis, delivery of training interventions, capture learner records on attendance registers, completing Annual Training Reports, design and facilitation of Assessment tools in line with the Sector Education and Training Authority.I also influence the development of current training capabilities in line with the requirements andexpectations of the client through innovation and analyses of current skills development initiatives put in place. Because of close interrelations with operations I maintain a working knowledge of the operation in order to ensure that we deliver actionable insights that can add value either internally for WNS or externally for the client.
