In addition, the Regional Director is responsible for planning, development, operation and implementation of a safe, high quality experience for all who participate in programs, services and other activities and promotion, retention, engagement and marketing for YMCA programs and services within the defined region.

The Regional Director, US Programs leads the assigned US-based locations of the Immigration and Refugee Program in achieving programmatic excellence across all areas of operation. Provides dynamic support and supervision with the goal of increasing the capacity of CWS as leaders in the field of immigrant and refugee integration.
