My role involves developing grantmaking strategies to support partners on the frontlines of crises, as well as providing thought leadership on issues affecting the rights of women, girls, trans, gender non-conforming, and intersex individuals during crises. I also build strong relationships with advisors, partners, and grantees worldwide.In addition to grantmaking, I actively contribute to the Movement's Focus Approach and Learning, Evaluation, and Impact (LEI) efforts, ensuring the timely completion of portfolio deliverables and reports. I engage with colleagues to facilitate the management and tracking of grants, and I provide input to LEI initiatives aimed at assessing the impact of grantmaking, movement building, and advocacy. My responsibilities also include monitoring crises affecting feminist movements and supporting the Program Director for Feminist Crisis Response during crisis situations.Furthermore, I play a role in donor education and influencing, developing strategic messaging guides and communication plans to showcase our leadership in feminist crisis response.
