I have many returning customers who continue to use me for the quality of work and also the personal, friendly service I offer.

Based at Yates's Woodhouse Lane - Leeds. Responsible for the business in the absence of GM, as well as developing current team members of all levels to further their careers within the industry. I have set up a number of 'Champion' roles for the 5 Assistant Managers under me which I monitor closely and offer support when needed. My strengths within this role are growing GP and cutting down on expenses.Implementing specific changes and planning new promotions I have ensured this venue is a key player on the high street. On top of this role I have become one of the board of managers for Leeds Pubwatch. Working together with a handful of board members, Pubwatch chairman and local licensing authorities to discuss certain concerns within the industry around Leeds to create a safer city centre.

Volunteer for the Met Police - Forest Gate Police Station, London. Involved in a range of different tasks including Front Counters, Admin & Olympics. I was responsible for assisting members of the public with reporting crimes, seeking advice, enforcing the law and signing bail or collecting property. During the Olympic Games I was located to a temporary briefing camp where I assisted in ensuring both Metropolitan and County Police all received the correct briefings and were fed prior to being deployed across London.

I started out as Security Supervisor for the Northern Retail Lifeline which is an access road straight through the Olympic Park. I quickly established myself as competent leader, one who was often praised and respected by our client LOCOG.I successfully applied for promotion to Athlete & Media Transport Security Manager, consisting of two venues with over 50 workforce under me. During my time in this position I constantly delivered as per our clients requests and achieved all company KPI's.I was offered a further promotion to move from transport to become Security Manager of ceremonies rehearsal sites. Here I worked very close with our client LOCOG in order to fulfill all objectives in delivering a safe games and keeping the ceremony rehearsals top secret. General duties included counter terrorism, asset protection, searching, mobile response & entry control. I was now responsible for five venues, planning my time accordingly and delegating responsibilities down to my supervisors working below me. During games time I became Bronze Commander for the security operation of VIP's, volunteers and workforce performing at the opening and closing ceremonies. VIP's included HRH The Prince Of Wales & Camilla in which I worked closely with the client (LOCOG), Metropolitan Police Service and Royal Protection Officers.My role as Bronze Commander was to take control of any situation, act upon it in the interest of public safety and provide updates or escalations to Silver & Gold Command.

Based within the Yates's brand at one of the companies flagship sites (Woodhouse Lane - Leeds). I was accountable for the business in the absence of GM, having also held various other sites through reliefs. With a venue capacity of 800, located on the main strip and a massive student reputation, I was constantly thinking 2 steps ahead to ensure Yates's was leading the way in night time entertainment.
