Statistical Analyst
Current1. Lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract, and review deliverables as well as programming modules for accuracy and quality2. Devise methods and strategies for the implementation of data warehouses and large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms, ETL, OLAP3. Support the development of platforms and dashboards for the business and respective product owners to increase financial transparency, program effectiveness and organizations analytic capabilities. Assist in data visualization and interaction for internal and external data users via SAS BI, and EGIS4. Detect challenges in programs and/or organizations through use of big data analytics, translate those questions into concrete analytical tasks, and conduct causal analyses and/or build predictive models including but not limit to regressions, geo-spatial analysis, structural equation modeling and risk modeling, via agile process5. Identify and analyze large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources, and recommend applications, such as Tableau, Alteryx, SAS BI, to add value to project and corporate initiatives, provide insight into important business problem6. Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios as well as prescribe actions, and employ the latest advances in NLP, robotics, and machine learning to enhance products and create new experiences7. Design and implement research plans for program evaluation, using both experimental and quasi-experimental methods. Analyze summarized survey/report indications and prepare supporting analytical and interpretive comments or final recommendations for estimates and forecasts8. Engage in business development activities including authoring various sections of the technical proposal
