Si Wilkinson has spent over 25 years in the Leisure Sector, leading a range of leisure businesses from Ski Schools to Trampoline Parks. An established leisure director, Si joined the trampoline park market at its European inception in June 2014, and quickly started working with other park operators to establish the PAS5000:2017 - the “British Standard” for the construction and operation of trampoline parks. In 2022 he established the Active Indoor Leisure Association to better meet the individual needs of evolving Trampoline(+) Parks & Family Entertainment Centres (FECs).Si continues to sit on the expert panel for ISO23659, working to improve trampoline park safety globally - and is author/developer of the Global Park Safety Portal.As a consultant, Si has work with 50+ leisure & attractions businesses, shaping the design, delivery and marketing of their products to significantly improve revenue and profit.Obsessed with the data behind “why customers buy?”, Si continues to build on his degree in Psychology, and has a unique view of sales optimisation for pay to play leisure facilities.
