My clients can expect an informal 'Out of Office' experience which will result in:Clear, actionable and motivating steps towards a defined goal.The process usually looks like this: 1) Identifying a work-related topic that they are finding challenging in some way. Some examples:*A leadership promotion they don't feel confident about, potentially preventing career progression.*Feeling overwhelmed about workload, which is most likely creating stress and threatening wellbeing.*A career change or job interview, where they may not represent themselves as well as they could.2) A walk outdoors to move our minds (e-motion) while exploring related goals, thoughts, feelings, obstacles, ideas and options. 3) A drink in a Cafe, Pub or relaxed space to map out some actionable steps on paper that they feel motivated about doing. 4) Review of the session and commitment to their own choice of actions. I normally, only offer coaching in-person, not online. Why? 1) I like to enjoy my work and I place a big value on human interaction. I got zoomed out during Covid. 2) Taking a break from Tech and familiar spaces is important for mental and physical wellbeing, especially outdoors in nature (weather conditions permitting of course).My role: *I see myself as a co-pilot for career decisions, transitions and ambitions.*I ask questions my clients don't normally consider, which helps them find their own answers.*I am outside of their 'box', so my view is not affected by opinions or preconceptions.*My service is confidential and non-judgemental, allowing free expression and trust.I do provide a coaching agreement for each client for us both to sign as a demonstration of commitment and respect to each other in this process.
