Ever since I started working at KRCK in Palm Springs I have been on and off in the business of radio during my spare time. I have worked for KPLM the big 106, 102.3 KJJZ, 97.7 KRCK, KMJR 99.5 currently at KaoticRadio.com. • Produced, edited and created radio shows for these stations. Also I interacted on behalf of the station at many on- site promotions. • This job has given me the experience and communication skills to speak to large crowds of people. Helping refine my message to get as much pertinent information within time restrictions. • I have managed the creation of a podcast (thebeersnobs.com) and a radio show (Happy Hour Radio I.E.). Currently I manage 4 hosts by giving them direction on how to engage the audience, and how to refine their delivery of information to the public. Currently we are reaching an audience of over 20k listeners per show. • Just completed the 1st annual Santa pub crawl for the city of Riverside. Managed and completed this project in 4 weeks by gaining approval from 5 bars and the city of Riverside to have over 120 attendants to our first event.

Daily interaction with customers to gain access to their yards to complete the required inspections and repairs on the pole. When I would make a correction to the FIM map I would make sure the FAO group had the proper information needed so they can make the corrections. • Technical Abilities: o Gained the ability to read FIM maps and make corrections to the FIMs.o Maintained an average of 55 pole inspected and 20 repairs a day. • Safety Focus: Completed my tenure at my position with no incidents.

• Completed my assigned routes 99% of the time within the given book time• Was given an electric vehicle to drive for the company, this gave me the experience and knowledge to understand the needs of an electric vehicle. I had to manage the distance driven and the route I took to mitigate such issues as range anxiety and low traction control. This was a very early example of how I had to manage my work within time and power constrictions. • Voted by my peers to be our representative of the customer service division for our group. Within this time we created a full training on how you should interact with customers while in the field doing readings. I was given the chance to tour other service centers to present the training to my peers.
