I am fascinated with people like Malcolm Gladwell and Adam Grant, studying people's behavior and decision processes. When I coach or mentor someone, it's not about telling them what to do but asking questions about their motivation. If you ask good questions and you're not trying to persuade someone to your line of thinking, people will either have stronger convictions in their decisions or they will rethink them.This is what motivates me, to see people become a better version of themselves. Not what someone else wants them to be but a better version of what they want.
