As a Mid-Weight Designer for the Barrows Design Studio, I am tasked and trusted with designing & prototyping highly conceptual & creative visual artwork (Campaign Key Visuals; Retail POS Touchpoint’s to any digital or print assets the client needs) for brands & retailers like: SAB, Unilever, Spar, Redbull & Beiersdorf to name a few.

As a Freelance Designer, I specialize in crafting and revitalizing brands by developing distinctive and cohesive visual identities that resonate with their audience. I bring new energy to brands while respecting their core values, ensuring a seamless evolution of their digital presence.My expertise lies in brand design—reimagining existing brands, creating fresh concepts from the ground up, and producing visually compelling assets that enhance recognition and trust. My contract role as the Graphic Designer for Kingsmead Shoes includes building and nurturing brand identities and design systems for in-house shoe brands & designing across both digital and print to ensure that campaign needs are met both online and in store.

My role as a Digital Designer for the CX department saw me creating socials, website collateral & Google Display artwork for eight different brands covering home security; WiFi; telecommunications; finance; & home entertainment

As a Brand Designer at Open Skies Kloof, I was responsible for shaping and elevating the visual identity of the organization across various platforms. My work spanned a range of creative outputs, including designing weekly in-person event artwork and developing branding for new sermon series and community events. Highlights included Ignite: Youth & Young Adults Conference and Defined: Women’s Ministry Event, where I created cohesive and engaging visual identities that resonated with diverse audiences.I played a key role in maintaining and evolving the organization’s design systems, revamping them quarterly to enhance both in-person and online experiences. My responsibilities also extended to social media management, where I crafted content strategies and created visually compelling assets to drive engagement. Additionally, I designed and developed the organization’s website, ensuring an intuitive and user-friendly interface.Beyond these core tasks, I contributed to a variety of ministry portfolios, such as Bible College, Open Hands Outreach NPO, Open Skies Internship, Alpha: Introduction to Faith, WYLD Youth, Young Adults Ministry, and community-focused initiatives like Open Chapel and Midweek Teachings. This role allowed me to combine strategic branding with creative storytelling, supporting the mission of Open Skies Kloof while honing my design expertise across multiple disciplines.
