Executing visual design that helps clients meet their objectivesComfortable working with and interpreting specification documents (e.g., Creative Briefs, SOWs, etc.)Experience with design in any (or several) of our main project areas: Infographics, Presentations, Social Media Graphics, Web design or ebooks; branding and other areas of focus are a plusStrong experience working in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or other relevant toolsComfortable working within an online project management platformActive interest in design (it’s not just your job, it’s your passion)Focus on both a macro- and micro-level design detailsAbility to give and take constructive feedback wellClear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable joining conference calls with clients are a plus and is sometimes required
