• Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART and Solution Train using various tools, such as the Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators.• Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering the preparation of Vision and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning Meetings Facilitate the PI planning event.• Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives (the RTE) and publish them for visibility and transparency. • Summarize program PI objectives into Solution PI Objectives (the STE) and publish them for visibility and transparency. • Assist tracking the execution of features and capabilities. • Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings, including the ART sync at the Program Level and the value stream sync for Solution Trains.• Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics, where necessary. • Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.• Help manage risks and dependencies. • Escalate and track impediments. • Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks. • Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering. • Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment. • Improve the flow of value through value streams using the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps.• Report status to Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and support related activities.• Understand and operate within Lean Budgets. • Facilitate System Demos and Solution Demos. • Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and Solution Train and help them improve.

I am currently working in the PBB IT Africa Team focusing more on Work Request. My role is that of a Project Manager and Business Analyst. This includes but is not limited to, overseeing Project from start to finish, engaging with business and relevant stakeholders, producing FSS (Functional System Specification), Business Requirements and Managing Resources to a given Project.

•Ensuring delivery of a well-documented specification based on the requirements elicited from the business stakeholders.•Conducting Business Analysis to identify training needs then conducting training, awareness and workshops•Compiling Project Status Reports for the Program Steering Committee.•Drive and ensure information governance structures are implemented and adhered to by all involved stakeholders•Facilitate stakeholder relationship management with different business executives.•Developing Quality procurement strategy •Facilitation and management of project from inception until deployment into production•Monitor Project Progress•Leading project team and integrating project deliverables•Managing project finance to ensure that projects are delivered in the on time and cost within the expectable tolerance levels.•Manage risk and issues and creating mitigation strategies and following proper risk management documentation processes and Escalate appropriately to the relevant stakeholders including line managers which allocated their resources to the project •Identify and manage all stakeholder relationships and ensure they are continually informed of the project status, time, and cost according to the communication plan.
