Responsibilities:• Identifies documents needed for the projects.• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project.• Reviews deliverable s.• Applies our methodology and project standards.Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.• Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.• Scan documents• Index documents• Upload documents to EDMS• Facilitate EDMS usage among st team members and client• Facilitate Project Update Meetings• Keep an updated Document control sheets• Coordinate with finance team on invoices for project files

• Drives the ESCo Target and his/her immediate deliverables.• Manage ESCO installations• Monitor ESCO project progress• Compile weekly report for relevant ESCOs• Oversees the stock controls (receiving and dispatching and the crushing figures of stock)• Assist with training of field workers, supervisors, data capturers, ESCO database Managers and ESCO Project Manager• Serving as liaison between ESCo and relevant stake holders• Compile weekly risk assessments and mitigation strategies for their relevant ESCOs• Daily site visits• Updating of relevant ESCOs Project Plan.• Database Analysis• Confirming project scope by conducting a detailed physical inspection.• Managing performance of ESCOs and stakeholder participation.• Ensure that all ESCOs comply with the specifications
