• Conduct benchmark surveys with key industry contacts, as needed.• Research market trends, legislation, and compensation surveys to make recommendations for policy change and competitive positioning as appropriate.• Coordinate the annual increase cycle and process.• Administer the medical aid annual allocation and any changes in medical aid.• Administer share allocations e.g. Black Management, Sign on and Retention Shares.• Validate remuneration and/or benefit increase proposals received from managers.• Conduct and administer Job Evaluations processes.• Provide easy to use data analysis and models to HRBP’s.• Administer the cash allocation of sign-on and retention awards.• Administer employee exits e.g. resignation, termination, retirement, death, ill-health, etc.• Resolve escalated HRBP queries and complaints and provide feedback to HRBP on matters resolved.

• Reviews different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness.• Matching of internal positions to external data using standardized surveys for purposes of making recommendations to line management regarding base salary levels, appropriate grade assignment, total reward.• Partners with the HRIS team to ensure that appropriate measurements are identified and data gathered for use by the reward department.• Advises and guides internal clients on implementation of remuneration, terms and conditions and performance policies and practices.• Conducts research / surveys regarding remuneration in order to analyse or predict market trends.• Tracks and reports Tigerbrands compliance to benefits administration laws, including SARS, Department of Labour regulations etc.• LTI and STI allocation.• Keeps up to date with analyses of relevant changes in government regulations, benefit program trends and prevailing practices among similar organisations and make recommendations for appropriate changes in TB process and policies.• Resolves technical remuneration related queries (policy/process etc.)

- Support the reward and performance consulting/ advisory teams by providing standardised analytics and benchmarking products in support of solution generation.- Support the delivery of the annual pay review process by providing timeous, accurate and fit for purpose reward analytics in support of business decision making.- Support the delivery of core remuneration related data in the prescribed reporting format which enables reporting to key external stakeholders ( Trade unions, regulators) in line with regulatory and collective bargaining obligations.- Implement reward processes in line with Nedbank's integrated risk management frameworks by ensuring control systems/ processes are operational. - Complete annual reports and analyse remuneration related data (Market Vs Internal).- Support Management Negotiating Committee- Provide internal HR remuneration services.- Executive Compensation Statements.- Annual LTI allocation Process.- Post Pay Review Analytics.
