PEVC, M&A, Corporate team● Practice Area: Private Equity / Venture Capital, M&A, Restructuring, Corporate, etc.● Responsible for transaction structure design, EN&CN legal documents drafting and review, legal due diligence, transaction negotiation, legal research, etc.; published articles regarding corporate legal matters on “KWM Research Institute” Official Account.● Main services provided: 
- Advising start-up companies at all stages on legal matters relating to financing, merger and acquisition, restructuring, employee equity incentive plans, and day-to-day operations. - Providing legal services to private equity and venture capital institutions (including RMB funds and USD funds) in investing in domestic entities in China or Cayman Islands entities as financing platform.- Multiple industries were involved in the foregoing projects, including TMT, retail, fashion, health care, insurance brokerage, semiconductor, etc.

Legal Assistant, Office of the General Counsel ● Legal documents drafting and review: assisted in preparing legal documents for counsels. ● Legal research: international law research regarding international organizations (especially in relation to multilateral development banks). ● Project and know-how management: assisted in setting up AIIB legal documents filing system, project checklists, law firm database and engagement maintenance. ● Assisted counsels with providing legal advice to other departments of AIIB. ● Assisted in the publish of the first AIIB Yearbook of International Law and organizing international event (i.e. the first AIIB Legal Week in 2017).

- Participate in organizing, filing and archiving legal dossiers in the internal Dutch language document management system and other administrative work;- Assist in conducting research regarding Dutch Immigration Law, Corporate Law, Labor Law as well as relevant EU Law;- Participate in meeting with clients and arrange appointments with lawyers for clients;- Communicate with clients, and assist them by answering their queries regarding immigration procedures and other legal issues and draft legal documents for them, as well as maintain contacts with them;- Assist in external communication with IND, embassies and courts.
